Arsh has over 8.5 years of extensive experience in project financing, valuations, financial modelling, Revenue/Cost optimisations for a variety of sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, healthcare, regulatory, district council, refinancing and waste management. Prior to Joining Steer, Arsh worked with OMC Power. In this role he was responsible for structuring and assist in financing a portfolio of power outsourcing projects and support capital market transactions for fund raising and managing debt & equity stakeholders. Arsh worked closely with the techno-commercial teams to prepare bids for outsourced power management projects across Africa for some of the world’s largest telecom companies. Arsh has been associated with leading accountancy and professional services firm such as KPMG and Mazars prior to this, where he specialized in the provision of financial, commercial and economic advice to the project finance and corporate finance market. He has also passed two levels of the CFA Program and one level of the FRM program
Part of the Financial Advisory team, worked on several transport based projects to enable banks, private sectors and governments improve their transport network and offerings. Created and reviewed several financial models ranging from greenfield projects through to re-financing and asset sales
Working closely with investors, lenders & other stakeholders to manage Fund raising, debt & equity management, pitching business cases for new business lines. Working closely with the business development and technical teams to grow business. Modelling, Presenting on the Model findings, revising & analysing different scenarios
