Real Estate Investment & Finance Leader | Driving Feasibility, Strategy & Capital Allocation for Multi-Billion Giga Projects | GCC | ROSHN (PIF) | Ex-Big 4, Investment Banking

About

Senior finance and investment leader with over a decade of GCC experience across advisory, investment banking, and principal-side real estate development. Currently part of ROSHN, a PIF-backed giga project developer, where I lead investment analysis and business planning for large-scale mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. My focus is on evaluating financial viability, building robust feasibility models, and shaping development strategies to optimise returns. I work across the full lifecycle, assessing land monetisation, self-development, and joint venture structures, alongside operator selection across residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, and education assets. A core part of my role is driving alignment across development, sales, asset management, commercial, partnerships, finance, and project execution teams, translating complex assumptions into clear, investment-led decisions. I also lead portfolio-level consolidation and reporting to senior leadership and shareholders, supporting capital allocation across multi-billion-dollar programmes, including a flagship waterfront development anchored by a canal. Prior to this, I worked at PwC, EY, and QNB Capital, advising sovereign entities, listed companies, and institutional investors on IPOs, M&A, valuations, and strategic transactions across the GCC. I combine deep analytical capability with commercial judgement, with a focus on scenario planning, financial modelling, and value optimisation. I believe the next phase of real estate development in the GCC will be defined not by scale alone, but by disciplined capital allocation, integrated planning, and the ability to translate complexity into executable investment strategies. CFA Charterholder, ACCA member, and holder of the E-Cornell Real Estate Investing 360 certification covering development, investing, financing, and asset management.
