Our core expertise and experience relates to water science and the assessment and management of product quality risks across the urban water cycle (drinking water, recycled water, wastewater, stormwater, biosolids, residuals and recreational water). We also have significant hands on experience working in the water utilities sector, from the practical implementation of water risk frameworks and management systems to advising Water Utility Executives and Boards.
The activities of the Asset Portfolio Development and Delivery Group are delivered under a structure that comprises the following work teams: Asset Management, Asset Planning, Operational Technology and Energy, Major Projects, Program Delivery and Information and Communications Technology. Key objectives include: - Managing natural and built assets to achieve water supply strategies and policies and regulatory obligations, now and into the future; - Managing asset investment so that that asset utilisation is maximised, capital investments are optimised and medium to long term risks are managed; - Manage the day to day ICT operations and maintenance of Seqwater’s extensive information and communication technology platforms and systems. - Obtaining best value in program management and delivery.
Lead and manage the integrated planning activities and prioritisation of augmentations for water treatment plants, networks, dams and catchments for Seqwater.
Responsible for catchment and drinking water quality management, environmental management, cultural heritage, quality management systems and operational process engineering at Seqwater.
Responsible for Risk Management Quality Systems, (HACCP), for Catchment, Drinking Water, Recycled Water, Wastewater and Trade Waste areas. Directly involved in a number of Alliances, in particular the Pimpama Coomera Recycled Water Alliance for the planning and development of the scheme.
