As the Chief Student Placement Coordinator for the M.Tech program at IIT Bhubaneswar, I lead and coordinate the placement activities for the postgraduate batch. My role involves: Acting as a bridge between the Training & Placement Cell, recruiters, and students. Facilitating campus recruitment drives, internship opportunities, and industry interactions. Coordinating with company HRs, preparing placement databases, and ensuring smooth end-to-end placement processes. Guiding and mentoring fellow students on interview preparation, resume building, and career planning. Collaborating with faculty and administration to align placement goals with institutional objectives.
I served as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for first-year B.Tech students in C Programming. My responsibilities included designing tutorial questions to reinforce key programming concepts and supporting students in developing problem-solving skills. Additionally, I was involved in evaluating exams, ensuring fair grading, and providing feedback to enhance students’ understanding of C programming fundamentals, Programming, and Data Structure Lab.
