Conceptualized, designed and built a mobile and web based platform for complete election campaign management and real time analysis. Executed a pilot project with 32 booth workers in Delhi Assembly elections. Led cross functional teams for the project's state wide implementation in Bihar Assembly Elections and built a combined online and offline reach of 22 Lakh plus voters via 4000+ booth workers within a time-frame of 4 months.
Led complete Election Campaigns for two Candidates in Haryana Elections. Conducted voter surveys for booth analysis and built on-ground feedback mechanisms to better track efficiency of the in-future marketing campaigns. Designed innovative marketing campaigns and successfully executed them with the help of Digital Marketing, Media & PR, and booth management teams.
