Bremen, Bremen, Germany
I am a legal researcher with a deep academic interest in the intersection of public governance, human rights and emerging technologies, currently pursuing my LL.M. in Transnational Law at the University of Bremen. Before joining the University of Bremen, I served as a Junior Research Consultant at the National Human Rights Commission of India, where I contributed to policy initiatives addressing the rights of minorities, refugees, and marginalized communities, as well as to advisories on issues such as digital privacy, social inclusion and rehabilitation frameworks. My work involved policy analysis, international human rights engagement (including with UN special procedures and GANHRI) and cross-sector collaboration between government and academia. Academically, I hold an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, and an Advanced Diploma in Cybersecurity and Data Protection Laws from NALSAR University, Hyderabad. My research and publications explore areas such as counterterrorism and fundamental rights, transnational organized crime and human rights regulation in the digital era. My current research interest lies in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can be integrated into public governance frameworks without compromising fundamental rights and ethical accountability.
