Training Teams mostly on coding and chart reviews as a part of transition. Spearheaded one of a kind Virtual Nurse Assistant project and other front desk outsourcing projects such as SNF and ALF scheduling etc with a newly found team, set up operations in a new remote location, ran the training and production for three months until business as usual. Managed a span of 200 people across two locations and worked closely with the stake holders on a daily basis.
