I joined Marosa with the goal of consolidating my skills as a full-stack marketer. Booth design, collateral production, sponsorship payments, travel logistics, and outreach. โข ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ: content planning, engagement monitoring and thought leadership campaigns. ย ย โข ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด: speaker coordination, multi-channel promotion (email sequences, website popups, paid ads), and follow-up strategies in coordination with the Sales department. ย ย โข ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฏ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐: full ownership of the company's multi-language website. Took a year and a half off my career to realise my lifelong dream of seeing the world and its cultures. Couldn't be happier with the decision! Challenging yet deeply rewarding, this small adventure gave me just what I wanted: a deep dive out of my comfort zone, one that would put my character to the test and make me grow as a person.

I ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐-๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ to join Lodgify, a STR management software company where I had the privilege of working side-by-side with an extremely talented team of young professionals from all over the world. Furthermore, I was very lucky to have an ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ, Alberto Fernรกndez, whose knowledge, work ethic and leadership style were a constant source of inspiration during my time at Lodgify. Ultimately, this meant that by the end of my internship I was offered a ๐ณ๐๐น๐น-๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, becoming the ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป ๐๐ผ ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐๐ผ in the department's history - a milestone of which I couldn't be prouder.
