After multiple years within a vast majority of industries I am open to work within admin/office work to develop on my skills and qualities from my previous job roles. I would also like to be involved in many mental health projects as a mental health first aider this is something I am extremely passionate about.
Welcoming and being the first point of contact for all staff and visitors Supporting BBV staff with all queries regarding desk booking, meeting room booking and facilities queries Working across all 15 Sublots for BBV to help with ordering, training new staff and assisting with queries Using the Matrix booking to ensure we are adding new staff to the system. Using SharePoint and Teams to Manage, update and create database of new starter, food supplies and stationary orders Collecting all the data for the matrix system, to feedback which departments check in/check out, which then allows us to reduce desks from certain departments. Using the R12 system to order relevant products for the building such as sanitisers, signs, H&S posters, Liaising with security, cleaners and building contractors to ensure all building maintenance is dealt. Working with my manager to conduct interview for Facilities assistant and managers for new sublots that are ready to open To attend Weekly meeting's with the manager and provide vital update regarding our Sublot. Booking flights and accommodation (including train tickets) for all our international Joiners and UK Clients. Delegating all booking queries to each Sublot manager. Organising events for each cultural event taken place such as Christmas, Eid, Diwali etc.
Booking customer in for a service, Mot or DIAG booking. Taking all reception calls for sales, service and parts department.
