20 years of mortgage/real estate experience and it is time for a change. Enrolled in Coursera's Google Data Analytic certification and will have it completed November 2024. I am excited for this learning and hope to start a new career path within the world of data and all it has to offer.

Employment ended at NAL when had major car issues. My daughter was then home with me during this time. The car issue went into summer 2024 and I stayed with my daughter as she was starting Kindergarten August 2024.

• Serve as liaison between title company and bank seller through the process of closing • Review incoming REO Contracts to property sales for accuracy prior to execution • Complete system tasks, drafting of closing deeds for recording and ensured timely closing takes place
