With over 5 years as the Owner of Reform EEA, I bring a strong foundation in management and customer service. My work focuses on leading impactful initiatives and leveraging Microsoft Office tools to support operations and drive organizational goals. My career is guided by a commitment to addressing systemic challenges and fostering meaningful change. At Reform EEA, I strive to create sustainable solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement strategies that align with the organization's mission.
At Community Central Cafe we look to work with and improve the lives of those around us. We have managed to develop and grow many programs in Leeds. Some of those are with community outreach getting young people off the street and back into education and sports. We have developed programs to work with care leavers and also those who are on the verge of loosing their homes. We believe in the word community and truly work to develop the community around us. We understand that today life is about money. But here we like to say and really believe profit is not always financial.
I work alongside the Employer Engagement Manager to secure and identify employers with recruitment opportunities and training needs. I work with employers to identify the type of qualifications there employees would most benefit from and process the sign up. I work hard to both develop and maintain a strong and positive working relationship between my company and the clients. I also work with businesses to help develop 18-24 year old understand and learner in a work placement environment. This helps the learner to develop the skills they need to gain control of the lives they want to live and process into full time employment.
Contacting and building relationships with employers to give unemployed, and inexperienced people the chance for employment and training. This include jobs starting immediately, traineeships, and apprenticeships.
My role was to develop relationships with employers and register companies for training and development and apprenticeships.
