      Arnold P. Peter who began his legal career in the entertainment industry as Director of Labor Relations for Universal Studios. He has negotiated more than 40 labor agreements with ten unions representing more than 15,000 employees. Mr. Peter became an expert in employment contract negotiations with complicated equity compensation components. He was promoted to Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs and led a 12-attorney team that negotiated agreements for the expansion of Universal Citywalk.
