Paderborn, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
I work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and industrial transformation. For more than a decade, I have been helping industrial organizations navigate technological change, from automation and Industry 4.0 to AI-driven products & production systems. My work focuses on one central question: How can emerging technologies become a source of sustainable competitive advantage? I lead complex R&D and transformation initiatives, shape technology strategies, and build cross-functional ecosystems that connect engineering, business, and research. In times of uncertainty and accelerating innovation cycles, I believe technological leadership requires crystal clear positioning. Alongside my industry work, I serve as Lecturer in Technical Project Management at the University of Paderborn. Bridging academia and industry is not an add-on to my work, it is essential to how I think about innovation and leadership. My interests include technology strategy, innovation systems, AI in industrial environments and the development of future engineering leaders.
