• Led a team of 55 purchasers and 20 regulatory experts to manage the full purchasing value of Flint Group packaging division and ensure global product compliance • Transformed regulatory processes, upgraded supporting systems, and implemented internal audit processes to ensure global product compliance. • Defined and communicated responsibilities in relation to global compliance while moving administrative tasks to the back office for improved efficiency.

Developing and implementing a central procurement organisation for indirect spend within CSM
In my role as Procurement Director Indirect at Quest International, I was responsible for overseeing the purchase of goods, works, materials, and services. I managed a total value of approximately $300M and led a team of seven global buyers. Major projects included rebuilding a research center after a fire , offshoring IT activities and renegotiate site service contracts at main site.
• Managed the production of liquid and powder sweet flavours in three major factories, overseeing 150 direct and indirect reports. • Implemented factory automation and dosing equipment, leading to a $15M capital investment and ensuring full compliance with food and hygienic standards. • Led a safety program, including training and weekly meetings, achieving targets in Safety Health and Environment, and supporting SAP/ERP implementation.
• Managed raw material and production capacity planning, sales back office, warehousing, distribution, shipping, and procurement logistics services at Quest International. • Successfully outsourced finished goods warehousing, accelerated customer service, and increased capacity utilization at the emulsion factory. • Member of Site Management Team
