Returned to Houston as Managing Director with full P&L responsibilities to lead Brunel through the challenging oil crisis of 2015-2018 and diversify the company into other business sectors and services. Member of the Global Management Board. • Rightsizing all organizations within the Americas region (USA, Canada & Brazil) • Successful replacement of management in Canada and Brazil • Secured two (2) large exclusive contracts-for-services in the mining industry • Startup of the automotive division for Brunel in the US. • Expansion of services into Mexico

Returned to the Netherlands with the responsibility to expand Brunel’s oil & gas network (from scratch) on Europe’s mainland based on a self-proposed business plan. • Build a team from scratch, that within 4 years achieved the highest Ebitda (10,5%) of the whole Energy-division globally • Set-up new Brunel Energy entities in France, Spain, Norway, Libya and Russia (JV) • Secured the client contract (Austria) with the highest gross margin globally • Secured 100%-exclusivity with one of our global clients on a large multi-year project in Spain/Italy • ISO-9001 accreditation was achieved by Brunel Energy Europe bv in 2006
