I build harmonics-free, inverter-less power environments engineered for AI-scale infrastructure. As Founder and Chairman of American Energy Holdings, I lead the exclusive global commercialization of a NASA-validated Hybrid AC/DC power technology suite designed to modernize how power is transmitted, conditioned, and deployed across data centers, advanced manufacturing, utilities, and national infrastructure systems. At factory and hyperscale data center levels, the limiting factors are not algorithms - they are power integrity, harmonics, thermal behavior, and fault tolerance. Our platform addresses these constraints at the system level. Core Infrastructure Capabilities: • Harmonics-free operation improving safety, efficiency, and equipment longevity • Inverter elimination for simplified architectures and reduced failure points • Simultaneous transmission of AC and DC power over existing electrical infrastructure • Long-distance, low-voltage DC transmission with negligible line loss • Optimized power environments for AI data centers, EV networks, industrial automation, and smart cities • Transparent digital energy measurement enabling intelligent system monitoring The technology functions as a foundational infrastructure upgrade - not a single product - improving reliability, reducing line losses, supporting fire-risk reduction initiatives, and enabling next-generation digital and AI deployments. Issued patents and a U.S. Foreign Filing License are in place, enabling compliant international engagement. Deployment Strategy: We deploy through strategic joint ventures, VAR partnerships, EPC collaboration, government engagement, and national-scale licensing frameworks across municipal, utility, and sovereign environments. Mission: To strengthen economic stability, national security, and long-term growth by modernizing legacy electrical networks into resilient, harmonics-free power systems built for the AI era.
Establishing a global presence supported by strong international relationships Advancing Harmonics Free DC energy technology innovations within existing power networks Supporting infrastructure upgrades toward cleaner, more stable operation Integrating sustainable systems for improved energy independence Reducing power distortion to protect facilities and equipment Applying innovative methods that strengthen long-term grid resilience
Producer, 2014 to 2015 Worked on the production and post-production of the Secret of Joy Project, a $500K short film, book, and song raising awareness and funds for children with cancer. Film shot with crew of 45 and cast of 35, utilizing 54 medieval/fantasy costumes, 30 wigs, 87 pieces of jewelry, 4 sets, 3 locations, and 2 cameras.
