• Coordinates production team for maintenance activities. • Ensure critical spares are always available. • Coordinates purchasing dept. for material and spares control and ensure delivery on time prior to scheduled date of maintenance activity. • Involve sourcing of suppliers/contractors for materials and services needed during scheduled preventive maintenance activities. • Coordinate contractors for projects and ensure training and induction conducted. • Monitors over all plant equipment performance and availability for the month. • Keep records and ensure maintenance activities abide system rules and procedures. • Ensure scheduled activities are done intact and on time. • Lead and involve in every activity and programs promoting Safety. • Design special projects as opportunity for improvement.
