Operational feasibility of potential expansion markets/projects, both greenfield & brownfield. Responsible for successfull start-up of new production plant in Finland from Greenfield. Liaison with Sales&Marketing to define needed equipment to produce right products. Responsible for new product development for new markets. Responsible for achieving permits and liaison with (local) authorities. Responsible for P&L budget during first 2 years of start-up, perform recruitment, training and guidance to local management team during start- up, on time and in budget. Aftercare of new plant towards Sales&Marketing and local operations management. Managing specific R&D Projects in all plants and crosslink them to Industrial Execution. Managing new products development with focus to Nordics market. Managing upscaling current production plants to maximum, from detecting bottlenecks to defining Improvement and Investment Projects and Coördination of the Projects. Managing International Projects concerning big processing, safety, fire and environmental issues.
