I'm a four-time intrapreneur, building from scratch or rebuilding large operating units for professional services firms. In this capacity I have worked for American Express, WPP, Omnicom and Ipsos, and was most recently President for Nielsen in Asia. I'm also a retail and commerce subject matter expert, having worked in this capacity for Accenture and Kantar. I'm now focused on helping companies navigate rapid business transformation in the AI-era and I am the author of “The Sentient Startup, AI as Your Co-Founder”, published by Penguin Random House (April 2026). I've lived in Singapore for the past 20 years and have built a reputation as a sought-after public speaker.
