Baxter is a fully international pharmaceutical company. My role was to give support on an global project with the goal of bringing products up to date with ICH-Q3D elemental impurities regulations. This involved writing test protocols and reports; and more strategical planning on another hand (Risk Assessments, Lean six Sigma Investigations). Afterwards, working only for a single business unit gave me more of a vertical perspective of the work. My role became more and more focused on assessing the risk products could have for patients. I also ended up getting more and more responsibilities while discussing with all other counterparts of the projects we had to work on. This all involved the use of basic project management tools.
