Leading a team of over 20 talented engineers organized in 3 branches: - Customer Technical Support (Engineering to Order, Technical Documentation, ...) - Design (Mechanics, Electronics, Electrical) - Industrialization (Product, Process, Digital, Project and Orders) Leader and key player in cross-organization continuous improvement projects for quality, supply chain, production, finance & costs optimization with good knowledge in BI, Lean, Cost Controlling, definition of processes and workflows for the entire operation. Strong collaborative relationships with intercultural teams in China and all around the world. Daily use of three languages. (English, French and Chinese) Leading multiple projects of new products design and industrialization, from a blank page to the delivery of an optimized product and production line to the factory and customers Leading hundreds of specific Engineering to Order small projects to quickly provide dedicated solutions to particular, non standard applications within tight time frames and budgets. Autoliv a Fortune 500 company and the world’s largest automotive safety supplier with sales to all the leading car manufacturers in the world. It develop, manufacture and market protective systems such as airbags, seatbelts, steering wheels, passive safety electronics and active safety systems including brake control systems, radar, night vision and camera vision systems. It also produce pedestrian protection systems. During this one month operational internship, I had the opportunity to assemble airbag gaz generators, using automatised laser welding systems and crimping machines, manipulating propergol and other mechanical parts.
