Full EWM green field-implementation with IBM, in the Airbus Helicopters european hub in Spain. In charge of the outbound flows : design, specifications, customizing
- Implement EWM in the new central DC for TR (Travel Retail, 100000 bins) - Processes : focus on custom RF transactions (VAS), ODO management.
- Implement EWM MFS in the central DC (automatic warehouse with a Miniload with 11 stacker cranes, 80000 bins, EWM directly connected to the PLCs). - Processes : putaway of nested HUs, outbound flow with put-to-light and put-to-loop stations, sorting, compacting.
- Design and build new interfaces MES-EWM for the Galderma project (5 sites), in a pharma/GXP context. - Production staging (PMR)
- Implement new functionalities for Europe and the UK warehouse (EWM go-live in 2018) : pallet de-topping using POSC+VAS, over-allocation, LOSCs, POSCs, SAP Package Builder. - Co-innovation work with SAP on new EWM functionalities (RF loading).
