Avec plus d'une décennie d'expérience en gestion, je dirige actuellement les opérations chez Medi-Market Group, où le management stratégique et l'optimisation des processus d'affaires sont au cœur de mes responsabilités. Notre équipe a développé un concept de magasin novateur qui a redéfini l'expérience client dans le secteur de la santé et du bien-être. Chez G&V Energy Group, en tant que Directeur des Opérations pour le secteur alimentaire, j'ai eu l'honneur de superviser 27 magasins et une équipe de près de 300 personnes. Aujourd'hui, je mets en œuvre cette expertise en gestion des performances et en excellence opérationnelle pour renforcer la position de Medi-Market Group comme leader du marché.

The Uhoda Group is a family-owned group active in four areas of activity: - Convenience stores (shop & go's), - Gas stations, - Carwash, - Car parks. As Head of Retail, I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of all activities (around 100 points of sale and several hundred employees). My main missions were to increase operational excellence throughout the network. It has been so successful that the oil producer Q8 has expressed its interest in the takeover of most of the business (gas stations and convenience stores). The second part of my mission will have been to organize the transfer to the buyer.
