- Define the development strategy of Energy Solutions GBU in coordination with the Senior Management and the action plans to implement it - Inform the decisions of the Senior Management on strategic issues - Carry out a competitive, technological and regulatory watch on market players and trends - Contribute to and feed the network of strategy correspondents - Support the external growth strategy, in particular through monitoring and steering M&A
• Management of Vol-V Biomasse acquisition (become Engie Bioz), 1st French producer of biogas / biomethane and preparation of its integration within Engie • Structuring (management package, governance, business model, partnership and financing) and setting-up of Azola, an entity dedicated to biogas / biomethane liquefaction • Development of a full renewable heat & cool offer, through geothermal, dedicated to smart building and Eco-District
• Management of 150 people; • Member of Storengy Executive Committee and various project committees; • Implementation of a transverse organization focused on new energy stakes, innovation and project management; • Implementation of industrial solutions (design, construction, operation & maintenance).
