Preparation of monthly reports on expiry items. (Excel Report) Preparation of Order to supplier Passing stock adjustment entries in Point of Sales (P.O.S) Accounting software Attending to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Print updated price tags for products going to the store as per the purchase order given by the Accounts Manager. Preparation of purchasing order in accounting system Preparation of Transfer voucher from one warehouse to another Passing of entries for all goods returned and damaged in the system. To check expiry date of all products transferred from warehouse. To ensure that all products received from warehouse have bar codes To follow up with warehouse keeper for timely execution of all processed orders in system.
