I am a highly skilled Recreation & Athletic Program Director/Coordinator with more than 15 years of experience in the areas of sport and recreation field and extensive expertise spanning in organizational large-scale program planning, development, implementation and evaluation. Throughout the years, I have gained outstanding ability to lead presentations, spearhead negotiations and work closely with all organizational leaders to support effective program development, and implementation of short and long-term strategies that align with all goals and objectives With many accomplishments and demonstrated ability in developing and implementing cost control strategies, managing budgets to improve the financial and operational efficiency, ensure organizational & legislative compliance and project completion on time and budget. I'm looking forward to participate in many upcoming projects, enhancing operational efficiency and establishing a standardized process that would improve productivity and deliver bottom line results. Engaged with all project’s stakeholders to ensure that newly implemented programs meet all mission, goals and objectives. Collaborated with a team of 9+ teachers to execute all program phases throughout the year that addresses student needs and promotes academic and athletic development. Engineered various marketing plans to promote various programs organization-wide and recruited students to engage in the ongoing programs. Liaised with all internal and external stakeholders including teachers, administrative personnel, Edmonton Public Schools, students and parents. Facilitated all programs and developed a strong relationship with all students to enhance their professional development and encourage a culture of growth and maturation.
