My background and experience: 40 years ago I started programming my own software as a little nerd and still today I love IT both professionally and privately. Having reached mid-life as a non-digital native, I also increasingly understand the end-user's point of view and their valid demand for usability. With great empathy for IT admins and end users, I therefore leverage my experience in the service of product strategy, knowledge management, leadership, technology (hardware, software, cloud computing), design, development and process modeling.
