I am responsible for managing a major part of the project on-boarding and execution bridging the gap between development teams and clients. Starting from connecting with the clients, project scoping, understanding requirements, project planning with developers, conducting developer screening, suggesting the best possible hiring model, mapping development within budget, understanding project loopholes and briefing development team. Managing overall the client communication for executing projects involving scoping, initiating, high level design & architecture, resource mobilization, execution within cost & time parameters. Monitoring / tracking projects with respect to budgeted cost, risk assessments, change management, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.
I was majorly Involved in defining project tasks, resource requirements, developing a full-scale project plan. Collecting required documentation for project implementation. Handling different teams internally, externally for project completion, and ensure the payment for service is being received prior to implementation. Supervising and reporting the progress of the project continuously, and associated with SLA on the project. Communication and perform follow up with the client after project completion.
With Sparx, I started handling small projects and I have been mainly looking into team management, resource allocation, monitoring and tracking the progress of the projects. As a project leader, I was involved in the UAT as well. Coordinating with software development and quality team to ensure quality. Acted as an intermediary between the clients and in-house processing team.
