      Position during this time was a Press Supervisor which requires overseeing and managing an entire shift consisting of Press Helpers/Assistans, Press Operators, Plate & Ink Technicians to ensure quality and prompt production with 5 Wide Web CI Flexographic Printing Presses. Read work orders, checking SOP's for special instructions from customers or staff. Was in charge of maintaining safe, quality production with high standards and minimal waste. I worked with other Supervisors, Managers, Human Resources and Management Team to brainstorm about improving all aspects of our production on a regular basis. I have experience with W&H, Uteco, PCMC & Converting Technology presses up to 65" wide & 40" repeats. Also did Training/Re-Training with every Press Assistant and Press Operator regardless of service time to: Ensure all procedures are being followed correctly Improve Quality & Production Help with troubleshooting Increase Up/Run Time & Decrease Down Time (NEFPM)

      Setup and run customers orders on 1-10 color Wide Web Flexographic Presses including W&H, Utecco, PCMC & Converting Technology, using graphic plates on photo-sleeve and in-the-round cylinders on almost any type of substrate including but not limited to paper, plastic and metal films.
