Main Accountabilities/Responsibilities: • Manage the processes and procedures of the Deputy Managing Director's Office, coordinating the definition and implementation of the Capability Improvement Plan for the processes/methods/tools adopted in the design, construction and maintenance of infrastructures, HSE services, travel, mobility. Support the quantitative management of the performance of the services of the Office. • Manage the process documentation, ensuring its simplification, constant updating, consistency and coherence. • Implement capability improvement plans on the different Sites with particular regard to convergence of processes and tools, management of the associated change and continuous improvement. • Support the quantitative management of the services/projects by supporting the Head of Functions Deputy Managing Director in defining metrics, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements with the aim of measuring the performance of projects, services and processes, understanding statistics, deviations, root causes and activating a continuous improvement. • Analysis of the Infrastructure Management processes (design, construction and maintenance of infrastructures) and definition of the requirements and characteristics of the information systems able to support them. • Analyze the technologies and solutions available at the state of the art, perform the comparison between the different solutions and realization of proof-of- concept for the purpose of choosing the solution to adopt. • Support and collaborate with the other Deputy Managing Director functions by providing the useful tools in order to maintain the ISO 45001 (Safety) and 14001 (Environment) certifications and undertake effective actions to improve the environmental impact and sustainability of the Business. • Collaborate with the HoFs of the Office with the aim of sharing best practices among the national sites.
• Analysis and design of Building Management flows and processes (management of corporate building and infrastructure services in the Facility Management, EHS and Security fields) and requirements/characteristics definitions of the information systems capable of supporting them; • Analysis of technologies and tools for the management of “Building Management activities” that implement the various required functions, compare the different solutions and create proof-of-concepts; • Study for the integration of the selected technologies on virtual or real platforms and testing of the functions created; • Analysis and engineering of the functional tool chain in the Facility Management, EHS and Security fields and preparation of a Tool Convergence plan; • Promotion and design of quantitative management in Facility Management, EHS and Security fields services by definition of metrics, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, with the aim of measuring the performance of the services provided and of the processes, defining models to understand the statistics, deviations, root causes and enable continuous improvement.
Management of thermal plants, the air conditioning equipment, cranes, the fluidic pipeline of superheated water, air compressed production center and distribution grid, carpentry activities management, structural improvement, contributing to continuous improvement activities and complying with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations. Responsibilities: • Manage assets installed into the Pomigliano Plant. • Perform preventive maintenance plan and ensure the efficiency for all the assets into the Pomigliano Plant according to production schedule. • Suggest equipment retrofits, improvement, projects and cooperate in implementing them. • Manage a team of technicians to ensure the proper operation of assets maintenance. • Develop technical specification for new contract for maintenance activities. • Ensure respect of D. Lgs 81/08, D. Lgs 152/06, Loto Policy and EHS regulation. • Support preparing annual budget for utilities consumption, monitor monthly deviation, provide technical report and data analysis, suggest ideas for improving process efficiency. • Manage the contract with external suppliers, purchased order and work progress (SAL). • Identify the KPIs and ensure the respect of service level performing internal audit.
Analysis and design of work methods and system, including the tooling, equipment, technologies, workplace layout, plant layout, work environment and human capital management. Main processes performed were: • Requirements Elicitation Process: gather, process and track evolving stakeholder needs and requirements throught the lifecycle of the product and/or service so as to establish a requirements baseline that serves as the basis for defining the needed work products. • System Requirements Analysis: the purpose of the System Requirements Analysis Process is to transform the defined stakeholder requirements into a set of system requirements that will guide the design of the system.
Repair Activities, i.e. activities aimed at eliminating damage and/or restoring the airworthiness of a part or a system. Main functions performed were: • Definition of the acceptability requirements of the components and modules and related inspection methods. • Design of repair procedures for the functional recovery of modules and components. • Definition of reparability limits. • Definition and coordination of the activities (design, analysis, testing, etc.) necessary to demonstrate the airworthiness of the modules and components inspected or repaired. • Development of new repair methodologies or innovative applications according to business opportunities/needs. • Drafting of Cleaning & Inspection documents (Repair Notes), i.e. the source documents for the definition of the inspection sections contained in the Technical Publications.
