I’m an enthusiastic and passionate HR leader with 15 years on the field direct experience within multinational complex environments. Started as local HR Business partner with significant exposure to transactional HR activities and industrial relations, I evolved internationally, moving progressively towards strategic HR and operating at regional (EMEA) and global levels. Currently I cover a dual responsibility, combining the role of Talent Management Global Leader as well as Global HR Business Partner for one of our main global divisions (Aptar Closures). I have matured extended experience in end to end global and complex change management restructuring initiatives, M&A, talent development, succession planning, leadership and organizational development, employee engagement.
Reporting to the Segment President, I am the Global Head of HR (Global HR Business partner) of Aptar Closures. This segment groups 2800 employees based out of 15 sites around the globe. In this function I am partnering with the Senior Executive leadership team in a variety of HR strategic and tactic matters as it relates to human resources programs and policies, organizational development, employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, safety and more. Reporting to the CHRO, I am also responsible for the Global Corporate Talent Management function. Organized by region, Talent Management CoE drives standardized and cross business processes and initiatives within three pillars. - Talent Attraction - Employee Engagement - Career Management I count on a team of specialists in each region where Aptar operates (LatAM, EMEA, Asia and North America).
Reporting to the CHRO, I am responsible to lead the EMEA Talent Management Team, aiming to achieve "best in class" talent management services, serving all business segments, BUs and corporate functions of Aptar’s EMEA region (7000 Employees and 7 Countries) and counting on a team of 7 specialists in the following departments: - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding - Organizational Health - Career Management - Training & education Along with Talent Management, I am also in charge of F+B Segment as Global HR Business Partner. This implies being representative of HR overall function for the Segment (1600 employees with multi plants in 4 Regions), acting as a single entry point for the leadership team for any global HR matter, supporting the evolution of the Business Strategy, advising Business leaders with a consultative and coaching approach as well as driving the HR corporate agenda in the Segment.
