Reliable, efficient and adaptable professional with sharp education in Finance and Accounting, I am currently leading Risk & Management Consulting BU’s activities at KPMG accross Francophone Subsaharan Africa Region. As a lead, I work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients in solving their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Graduated from CESAG Business School, I have a solid experience in Audit and Advisory services acquired across Africa and Middle-East. Besides, I have completed a Conservation MBA program at ALU School of Wildlife Conservation in order to better size conservation issues and the way to solve them in our African context. Self-starter, also comfortable as a team-member or team leader, with well-developed communication and inter-personal skills, my main goal is to help organizations in (i) setting up their strategy, (ii) shaping their organization's structure that could sustain such strategy and (iii) strengthening their risk management system that will enable them to drive forward in achieving their business objectives. • Overseeing the delivery of Management consulting, Internal audit, Risk management, Compliance and business process improvement services to clients. • Managing the implementation of all aspects of the Risk & Management Consulting function, processes, tools, and systems • Leading proactively the practice by setting strategy, driving the development of new business in the FSA market, and providing technical advice across disciplines • Supervising fieldwork in line with KPMG standard of work • Building strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalize on opportunities in order to get involved in projects that others are leading across the other business units and countries • Ensuring strong client relationships are built and maintained • Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching • Working with KPMG's Senior Partners and Partners to develop new business taking the form of proposal generation, client meetings, networking function and other business development activities.
• Definition and planning of annual audit plan as per a risk based approach • Strategy formulation and budgeting: Business strategic Plan and related Business Operational Plan definition • Oversight and coordination of financial, operational & performance audits • Communication of results and Reporting • Team Productivity and performance management • Follow-up of external and internal audit corrective actions
• Deliver audit works in line with approved audit plan's objectives, scope and budget • Identify, for each engagement, key business processes, audit risks and relevant controls • Develop appropriate Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) • Perform testing activities and conclude • Prepare reports detailing identified issues and recommending corrective actions • Ensure regular monitoring in the implementation of external and internal audits corrective actions
• Led a portfolio of Audit and Advisory assignments in Africa and Middle-East region; • Managed and ensured projects’ follow-up including budgets, staffing, scheduling, team’s progress monitoring, fees’ analysis and invoicing • Worked closely with Partners and Managers on the team day-to-day operations • Interacted with clients’ Executives to maintain ongoing business relationship, discuss issues and provide sound recommendations • Mentored and assisted team-members in managing all aspects of their work and in achieving their career objectives
