Streetbees collects data globally to deliver market research insights to FMCG executives. - I managed two products: a B2B web app and a B2C mobile app. - Reported directly to the CEO on the product roadmap and initiatives. - Led 2 squads of 5 developers and 1 designer. - Wrote user stories, estimated tickets, ran daily scrum ceremonies, and performed QA to ensure on-schedule delivery. - Conducted design sprints to propose solutions to fraud management, leading to an 80% decrease of fraudulent submissions - Collaborated with the operations and marketing teams to identify user problems, and developed new features leading to an increase of monthly active users from 30k to 60k on the mobile app. - Created tickets for our work on internal APIs to improve the data pipeline between our different services. - Analyzed data from 500k users to identify bottlenecks in acquisition funnels and improved by 10% the overall conversion rate on the mobile app. - Worked with Streetbees lawyer to carry out the GDPR compliance transition for the webapp, on time for the May 2018 deadline. - Designed UX wireframes for new front-end features, enabling the clients to explore data in a new way and discover previously hidden insights. - Wrote release notes and presented monthly updates to the wider team to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities.
Part of the innovation team, I have: - investigated cryptocurrency opportunities for Worldremit - lead the design and development of an API to allow third party to use Worldremit services - lead the implementation of Open Banking as a new pay-in method for Worldremit customers - lead the design and development of a new mobile app for developing markets, launched in 7 countries, 30k downloads - launched a new Bill Payments service available worldwide
Datch is an early stage company providing a voice assistant for manufacturing enterprises. - Joined as the first employee to help the company refine their product market fit. - Analyzed data from interactions with more than 600 companies to identify promising market. - Conducted interviews with 30+ companies to identify industry problems and prioritise the product backlog. - Designed and tested acquisition channels for the B2B mobile app, that led to acquire 8 large clients (contract value between £15k to £100k).
