TressLounge Kharar is a premium unisex salon & spa focused on delivering luxury grooming, hair, skin & wellness services. We’re growing fast and need a hands-on leader to build systems, drive service quality & scale the business. As Head of Operations I own day-to-day salon operations end-to-end.I lead the team, manage customer experience, control costs, and make sure every client walks out with a 5-star experience. As the “COO of the salon Team & Service Delivery - Lead, train & manage stylists, beauticians, therapists & front-desk staff - Ensure SOPs are followed for haircuts, coloring, facials, spa, waxing & other services - Handle client complaints, service recovery & feedback proactively - Conduct daily huddles & weekly training to upgrade skills - Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins & wait-time to maximize chairs utilization - Maintain hygiene, ambiance, music, retail display as per brand standards - Implement CRM for repeat bookings, birthday offers, membership renewals - Monitor Google reviews & ratings - respond to all reviews - Track daily revenue, service targets, retail sales & upselling - Control wastage of products, manage inventory & coordinate with vendors - Prepare staff rosters to balance labor cost vs footfall - Work with management on offers, packages & pricing strategy.
- Fully supporting company’s PR strategy and executing it in different phases - Creating and curating engaging content - Communicating and building relationships with current or prospect clients - Effectively utilize company’s social media and blogs - Assist in administrative duties - Build and update media lists and databases - Schedule, coordinate and attend various events - Perform research and market analysis activities (remotely due to Covid)
