I have almost 30 years of experience (out of which 15 years is international ) in Technical and General Management functions including : Facility Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering Maintenance, Administration, Health & Safety, Security Management, Supply chain & Procurement, Contractor management and Manufacturing. I have a track record of delivery and governance of Projects across Asia and Africa. I have taken on higher management role over past 15 years which has allowed me to gain experience in managing campus operations, residential / commercial Building management and manufacturing facility management with Responsibilities of Preventive Maintenance, vehicle fleet, landscaping, custodial services, Audio Visual and events management. I completed many construction projects with a distinction of meeting cost & time targets, managing Innovative designs and leading value engineering to get value for money.
