I’m a Business Analytics MBA who grew up in India, studied in Toronto, and now calls New Jersey home. It’s a path that taught me to adapt fast and think across contexts. I currently work with Biocon in Bridgewater, NJ on supply chain systems and data workflows, specifically SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and IBP, and have previously worked across healthcare analytics and investment evaluation. My sweet spot is translating messy operational data into decisions that actually make sense to the people who have to act on them. I care about problems where data meets strategy: demand forecasting, process optimization, and pricing analysis. The kind of work where getting it right has real consequences.
• Generics Plant Workflow Creation: Created a 19-step end-to-end supply chain workflow for Biocon’s Cranbury, NJ generics facility by conducting an on-site tour and building a horizontal swimlane diagram in draw.io across 6 lanes that included the SCM team, the Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Operations, QA & QC, Production, and the SAP team, documenting inbound and outbound flows, and delivering the diagram to the CEO, CFO, and Global SAP Head for executive review. • Demand & Supply Planning (SAP IBP and ECC): Improved forecasting through SAP IBP and ECC by configuring forecasting using moving averages in SAP IBP, and helping set up ECC batch jobs to deliver forecast inputs to planning personnel, designing As-Is and future-state swim lane workflows in draw.io, and adding closed/open order visibility and 3-, 6-, and 12-month lookback options. • GtN & SG&A Reporting: Analyzed backend inputs and data logic of an existing Power BI finance dashboard displaying net figures and actuals vs. budget to enable GtN and SG&A reporting. • Pricing Conditions Reporting (SAP ECC): Developed SAP ECC sales order reports covering 4 pricing condition types: chargebacks, rebates, direct price, and WACC, to support commercial and finance teams. • Canada 3PL SAP Integration: Supported onboarding of a new Canadian 3PL partner by expediting GxP approvals and assisting with SAP ECC configuration to enable compliant logistics operations. • DSCSA Compliance (SAP ATTP): Supported implementation of dual-query functionality in SAP ATTP, enabling Biocon to validate serial number–GTIN combinations and retrieve full track-and-trace data to meet DSCSA customer and regulatory requirements. • Budget Management Enablement: Developed As-Is and To-Be swim lane diagrams and presentation decks to enable SAP budget management across North America and Europe, scheduling and facilitating alignment meetings with Finance, IT, and operations stakeholders.
