My journey has been marked by a commitment to driving operational success and providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. As an Account Manager with the Calgary Branch Office of Impark (Reimagined Parking), I bring a strong passion for excellence in the Parking and Mobility Industry. My experience in this sector has been built on a foundation of professionalism, strategic thinking, and a dedication to improving parking operations and customer experiences. Before transitioning into the Parking and Mobility Industry, I held several leadership roles in student advocacy. As the first Indo-Canadian and Sikh Interim National Deputy Chairperson at the Canadian Federation of Students (CFS), I represented over 530,000 students across 60+ post-secondary institutions. I also served as President of the Kwantlen Student Association, where I championed student welfare and inclusivity for 20,000 students at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Throughout my career, I've been honored with several awards recognizing my leadership and commitment to community service, including the 'Top 25 Under 25 Award' by the Surrey Board of Trade in 2023, ‘British Columbia Speaker’s Shield’ by Honorable Speaker Raj Chohan and the 'Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Emblem' by Member of Parliament Mr. Sukh Dhaliwal. These experiences and accolades have shaped my leadership style and reinforced my commitment to making a positive impact, both in the industry and the community.
