Hello! My name is Armaan Singh, and I’m an undergraduate student at the University of Washington-Tacoma, studying Information Technology through the School of Engineering & Technology. I have a strong interest in cybersecurity and am passionate about protecting systems, data, and people in today’s digital world. What draws me to IT is its wide range of skills and opportunities, especially within cybersecurity—from ethical hacking and threat analysis to system hardening and network security. I’m eager to keep learning and growing through real-world experience and hope to gain an internship or hands-on opportunities that allow me to apply and expand my knowledge. Ultimately, I want to use what I learn to make a positive impact—not just for myself, but for the people around me, including my family, friends, and future colleagues.
• Reviewed and annotated AI-generated outputs using structured quality-assurance frameworks, consistently delivering results that met accuracy, consistency, and production-level reliability standards. • Met established QA performance targets while proactively identifying edge cases, ambiguities, and failure scenarios, and providing clear, actionable feedback to strengthen model performance. • Worked within a collaborative, project-based review workflow focused on precision, documentation, and repeatable evaluation practices applicable to cloud operations and systems support environments. • Analyzed model behavior and performance gaps and translated findings into practical improvement insights, similar to diagnosing bottlenecks or configuration issues in distributed systems.

This experience not only required strong organizational skills but also provided me with the opportunity to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. Interacting with people from all over the world helped me become more confident and adaptable in my conversations.
This role greatly improved my communication skills, which was essential for building my confidence when interacting with others. Additionally, I worked at a laundromat, where I handled the collection and processing of dirty laundry such as bed sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, and towels from each room. My responsibilities included rotating tasks like loading and unloading washing machines and dryers, folding clean laundry, and repeating the process to ensure a steady flow of fresh linens and towels.
