• Support Technician for doing FAT on packaging machine by assist the installation and removing the machine, record and weigh the product, make a report of FAT process and result for a customer. • Improving existing part with Technician especially on nozzle issue. We improving the nozzle hole based on the type of product and target speed of the machine. I handle the improvement of nozzle for oil product, the nozzle hole is made with many of small holes in it to prevent splash from oil product reach the top of the bag, because it will hard to press the seal bag. I also handle the condensed milk that different type of nozzle, that is a one big hole in it. It provide the high viscosity flow. • Managing 2D drawing document by numbering from all of the machine and group the file by the number. I also printed the 2D drawing and input all the printed drawing in one file box, so everyone can check directly. • Brief a manufacturing vendor for a part that they made, also check the manufacturing process periodically and check the quality of the finished product to prevent the failure of the part that customer order. Finished product checklist is measurement, roughness and finishing detail. • Design a new sachet filling machine that can provide size until 80 x 180 mm sachet with 6 line in total. The machine target speed was 60 pcs sachet per minute. The design of the machine is set to be comfortable to operate by the operator, easy to repair by the technician, and high durability. I finished the 60% of this Sachet Filling Machine.
