I have over 14 years of experience in portfolio, program & project management. I am passionate about sustainability and technology, leading ethically and leveraging IT proficiency to deliver results. Currently working in the NSW public sector, I lead implementation of digital and technology strategy, including program and portfolio management and all aspects of a project's life-cycle: from initiation and planning to execution and control/closure. Prior to that, I supported start-ups and scale-ups to help create a vibrant innovation ecosystem through the NSW Government's Minimum Viable Product (MVP) grant program. I have also managed projects in the higher education sector, leading inter-university employability/consulting programs, such as Univative. I have also worked in software development with exposure to business analysis and all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). I am a solution oriented people leader, working closely with senior executives, private and public sector organisations, to effectively deliver results.
