Led a wide portfolio of Super Premium and Luxury Brands including Single Malt Scotch Whiskies (Bowmore, The Ardmore & Laphroaig), Japanese spirits under The House of Suntory (Yamazaki, Hibiki, Toki and Roku) and Sipsmith London Dry Gin.

Principal Responsibilities: 1.Achieve Sales revenue targets for Packaged Gas Products in the assigned market zone. Directly responsible for delivering sales revenue in adherence to company policies, terms & conditions. 2.Business Development: Responsible for business development through application based value added selling. 3.Sales Management: Directly responsible for managing team of sales representatives & welding specialist through coaching, territory management, call plans, account plans 4.Local lead for new Product Strategy Implementation: Responsible for implementing product strategies in the market. 5.Competitor Monitoring - Understand & provide feedback on local competitor activities 6.Sales Capability Development - Develop employee capability (Sales representatives, sales coordinator, welding specialist) required to deliver sales target.
