Role: Geospatial Data Analytics Intern Worked on large-scale geospatial data analysis using Python, PostgreSQL, and PostGIS. Built automated city-level analytical reports (PDF/Excel) covering incidents, road closures, POIs, demographics, and market intelligence. Developed scripts for data extraction, spatial joins, catchment analysis, clustering, and hotspot detection. Integrated multiple datasets (government, proprietary, POI, demographics) to generate actionable insights for business and planning use cases. Contributed to end-to-end pipelines including data processing, visualization, and report automation.
Backend Development: Developed REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) using Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, tested via Postman. Frontend Development & Integration: Built responsive Angular frontend with HTML/CSS, integrated with backend for seamless functionality. Platform Enhancement & Bug Fixing: Enhanced deployed platforms by adding features, optimizing performance, and fixing critical bugs.
