Main focus on Household, FMC and Fiber roll-out for the B2C Value Stream
Responsible for delivering insights and analysis for the Consumer Value Stream. Support and advise the Consumer Value Stream on new propositions, current performance and with deep-dive analysis on all relevant topics.
Responsible for the Reporting&Analysis department of in total 5 FTE (4 reporters and 1 analyst) within Customer Operations.
Optimizing the flow of goods through the distribution center by creating an integral capacity plan for production and transport. Monitoring the processes in terms of planning, control and execution, identifying opportunities to improve the internal logistics and contribute to improving these processes. Responsible for: • (Coordinate) Tactical production- and transport plan • Create sales forecast on tactical- and operational level • Set up ideal placement of Preservable and Fresh articles in the warehouse • Helpdesk for supporting the internal logistic process • Develop and optimize logistic processes • Participation in (nationwide) / project management logistic projects Specialized in: Production- and Transport planning, remodeling Warehouse
