• Scaled UXDX’s global marketing engine end-to-end: strategy, positioning, planning cadence, reporting, and cross-functional alignment across product, events, sales, and partnerships. • Delivered consistent growth through lifecycle and content: launched an onboarding programme, grew the newsletter 17% YoY to 500k impressions, and established a PR and editorial network with leading industry writers and publications. • Created a high-performing acquisition funnel with always-on lead flow: improved targeting and messaging, implemented campaign playbooks, and optimised conversion across key touchpoints and channels. • Led outbound and demand gen execution: ran targeted email campaigns, built sequences and segmentation, and tightened follow-up loops to support pipeline and ticket sales. • Shipped at scale with a leadership lens: hired and onboarded new team members, and delivered 60+ integrated campaigns from concept to execution, contributing to two major event sell-outs.
