I’ve spent 20+ years in Corporate Affairs across markets, regions, and headquarters - from the United Nations in Russia to global roles at HEINEKEN. Most of my work sits where business decisions meet the outside world: reputation, policy, and stakeholder pressure. I’ve learned that Corporate Affairs sometimes gets brought in too late - when it should shape direction from the start. Led communications for the first brewery to be built in the Gulf (Sirocco, Dubai), shaping the external narrative and stakeholder engagement for this milestone market entry. Advanced regional advocacy on sustainability (returnable packaging, EPR frameworks), working with markets and industry associations. Built CA team capability through targeted upskilling and convened a high-impact regional conference, strengthening alignment across AME markets.
Steer global Corporate Affairs operations across 60+ markets, ensuring strategic alignment and execution of the global CA agenda. Serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (ET member), acting as strategic partner to the C-suite and coordinating global leadership priorities. Strengthen reputation management and stakeholder engagement by driving functional performance, governance, and capability-building initiatives.
