I’m Ary van Giesen, and with years of experience in film and photography production across Europe, I lead the INSIGHTSPROJECT PRODUCTION AGENCY to provide creative, efficient solutions for advertising, commercial photography, and film projects. My multilingual team and I manage the unique demands of each project, from casting and location scouting to budgeting, permitting, art buying, and catering. Sales & Production Restructuring: Initiating the restructuring of strategies and production workflows, optimizing operational efficiency, resource allocation, and profitability. Providing hands-on guidance to ensure smooth transitions and improvements in production workflows. Rental Division Setup (POPLighting): Establishing and managing the rental division of the company, including planning, purchasing, and infrastructural consulting.
