I am a chemical engineer focused on delivering data-driven and compliant solutions in production and quality management. I have hands-on experience in translating chemical engineering principles into operational excellence, particularly within regulated manufacturing environments. During my R&D and production internship in the cosmetics industry, I worked on formulation development, GMP-compliant manufacturing, process monitoring, and quality system implementation in line with ISO standards. At 3BFab, I actively contributed to quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), production, and process improvement initiatives. My responsibilities included: -End-to-end monitoring and control of production processes using KPI tracking and SPC tools to ensure process stability and repeatability, -Execution of raw material and finished product quality control activities based on defined specifications, test methods, and acceptance criteria, -Participation in QA activities such as deviation management, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and documentation control, -Supporting certification and audit processes in accordance with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements, -Applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify process inefficiencies, reduce variability, and improve overall production performance, -Conducting risk assessments using FMEA to proactively identify and mitigate potential process and quality risks, -Ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including GMP principles and cosmetic regulatory requirements My objective is to leverage my analytical mindset, continuous improvement approach, and strong technical foundation to contribute to innovative, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing systems.
