Recent graduate from the University of Oregon's School of Journalism and Communication with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Sociology. I am passionate about engaging with creative brand storytelling through strategic communication. With a strong background in management roles, I am eager to pursue account and brand management positions in the advertising industry as I enter my post-grad career.
- Client: OIC (Oregon Innovation Challenge) at the University of Oregon. - Manage the account team working for OIC while ensuring all positions and projects stay on schedule. - Lead team meetings and attend weekly meetings with the client to maintain campaign direction and deliverables.
- Filled in as account manager while still holding my role as the team's project manager. - Manage client relationship with the team and assist in managing AHA's production duties at client (OIC) events. - Oversee team meetings and meet weekly with the client to stay up to date on deliverables and projects.
- Manage creative team and any projects given to the team. - Collaborate with creative directors and other team’s directors to carry out projects for signed bands and events hosted by the record label.
- Capture attention-grabbing images of people, landscapes, food and more in Eugene/surrounding area. - Collaborate with coworkers during photo sessions and pitching meetings.
- Assist with planning the Emerald Media Group's first Fashion & Thrift Event on campus ("Quack Closet"). - Manage the event's publication by keeping track of story assignments and deadlines. - Coordinating with writers, photographers, designers, and editors to ensure the publication is executed properly.
- Worked abroad in Lisbon, Portugal, for two weeks and helped manage story production alongside co-editors for a digital publication. - Prepared schedules and story assignments in class throughout April-June before the trip in September. - Assisted in managing social media by creating and posting content, as well as creating posting schedules.
- Assist the Black Hat account team with planning/project management by coordinating with the team in charge of swag to arrange merchandise for event. - Carry out research about the conference to support the team's campaign for cybersecurity clients. - Help the SolarWinds account team by completing news scans and organizing & presenting the findings.
