Served as Design Engineering at ABB and having experience at Detail Engineering of Gas Analytical System for various application starts from Cement, Steel, Power, Refineries etc. Detail Engineering of Shelter with Gas Chromatograph System for Refineries applications. Detail Engineering of SWAS (Steam and Water Analyser System) for various Power Plants including NTPCs. Preparation of Drawing (P&ID, General Arrangement Drwg, Installation, Schematics, Wiring Diagram, PLC Logic) for Gas Analyser System. Configuration of Analysers for Gas and SWAS applications as per process data sheet. Reviewing of drawing documents from Vendor side for finalisation of offer and ordering. Interdisciplinary coordination with Project Team, Production Team, Supply Chain Management, Internal Quality during Execution phase. Commissioning assistance and coordination with Service deptt. Participate in Internal Quality and Inspection of Sample Handling System for Gas and Liquid Analysers. Provided training to Trainees. Assisting Central Marketing Team for Tender Evaluation, Vendor discussion, Technical Discussion with client/consultant, Costing of overall projects and Man Hour Estimation.
