As a Strategic Business Developer my primary task at Vinderstrategi A/S was to assist in the development process of business strategies, creating effective strategic change and providing valuable advise to our clients. My role involved being the project lead on a vast array of projects, providing assistance to stakeholder management, project management and heavy analytical work involving client interviews for the national- and international stakeholders, its customers, employees and the board of directors, among others. During the continued facilitation of the strategic process, I assisted with the facilitation of physical workshops across Denmark, presenting strategic findings (e.g. from interviews) and assisted in delivering comprehensive strategy material, PowerPoints and other critical information, making sure our clients needs was successfully met.
